All vegetarian & seasonally led 

We produce all of our food in small batches at our kitchen in The City. Our menu’s change to reflect the seasons and produce from our amazing suppliers. 

Bakery 
We can supply full trays of buns, whole cakes and special requests!

Breakfast

Egg & Pickles on Rye
Toasted sourdough rye, dill yoghurt, fudgey egg & pickles

Estate Dairy yoghurt, apple sesame granola, yorkshire rhubarb.

Seasonal Salad
Roasted maple roots, herby brown rice, whipped goats cheese, pickles, apple & ginger kraut, herbs & smoked almonds

The Niste
Half a sandwich, side salad

Focaccia Sandwiches
Cheddar, pickles, kraut, mustard mayo, crispy onions 
Portobello sesame mushrooms, house sweet chilli, mayo, coriander, spring onion 
Roasted Veg, feta, harissa hummus, cucumber, mint
