Made using British fruit and unrefined golden caster sugar, this jam packs pack a fresh and fruity punch and is best enjoyed simply on toast or added to bakes as we do at the bakery. You may well recognise this jam from the centre of our PBJ cookies, special doughnut days or at the bottom of a Bakewell tart.
Ingredients: British raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrants, redcurrants + strawberries, thyme, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, rosemary.
