Sweet chilli sauce AKA the Queen of Condiments. A real all rounder of a sauce - use in salad dressings, to top fried eggs, dip dumplings in or maybe as a spicy hair gel (*do not do this). We use plenty of fresh lime and ginger to balance the flavours and give the sauce it’s edge.

Ingredients: Red chilli, garlic, ginger, lime juice, lime zest, sugar, *soy sauce (gluten free), *white wine + cider vinegar (sulphites)
